I\'m the CTO of a startup. I have 9 years of professional experience as a backend software engineer. I have worked on multiple international companies, and in those experiences, I\'ve created services from scratch that served tens of thousands of users, I\'ve worked as the lead backend engineer in multiple projects, I\'ve maintained B2B systems that handled hundreds of thousands of users and millions of transactions monthly. In my last year of experience I have implemented RAG systems from scratch, worked in observability and measurability of distributed AI systems. I have optimized backends in Python reducing response times by 80% in some cases, and improving CPU usage.
