ABOUT AUGUSTINE KANGNI

Hi there, and welcome! I’m Augustine – a social entrepreneur, venture strategist, and builder of programs and ecosystems that empower founders to create future-proof businesses. After years of working in entrepreneurship and innovation across Europe and over a dozen African countries, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to build – and where existing systems often fall short. That’s why I’m now dedicating my energy to designing what I wish had existed when I was starting out: founder-first programs that grow with entrepreneurs, not just around them. At Zukunft Gründen, I lead Startup & Acceleration – shaping scalable programs and venture-building platforms that support early-stage startups on their journey from idea to impact, and from growth to funding readiness. I focus especially on areas where entrepreneurial solutions are deeply needed and long overdue such as AgriTech and Future Skills. With a background in business innovation, ecosystem design, and inclusive leadership, my work lives at the intersection of people, purpose, and progress – whether through founder support, digital learning experiences, or building bridges between African and European innovation ecosystems.
