I provide oversight for the overall IT organization and create and maintain transparent metrics that represent IT service delivery. I assume responsibility for implementing and refining a strategy as well as managing a team of resources. Disciplined, dynamic and flexible managing multiple programs, work effectively in a rapidly changing environment, and meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines.Key Responsibilities- Planning, Scheduling and management of the overall implementation- Actively manage the project process through implementation planning, scheduling, and execution of the solution deployment- Coordination and leadership of client operational implementation: integration of accounting & payroll workflow and requirements analysis documentation- I use PMI recognized best Practices in scope, time, resource, quality, risk, cost & communications management. I\'m responsible for overseeing strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed, creating project plans, maintaining project objectives, monitoring production and quality to customer/stakeholder/ standards, identifying and resolving issues and risks, reporting on project progress, offer viable solutions and opportunities as they arise, implementing change practices, managing resources to make sure schedule is on track, portfolio management, leading meetings and set expectations for project team, maintaining budget and reporting on projects and portfolios- Ensuring that project tasks are completed within deadlines and ensures the tasking guidance from the customer is clear and unambiguous- Communicate status and issue resolution with clients, management, and internal team members- Manage client relationship through face-to-face meetings and/or conference calls- Ensuring project efficiency- Use of Project Management best practice such as Agile PM & IT Governance (CAPM, Prince2, ITIL, COBIT, CISA)- Use of Gantt Project, MS Project tools and Zoho CRM Project.
