Supports the Director of Development Operations in maintaining the Fund for the Arts donor database, Raiser’s Edge, and improving data integrity processes, reporting, and queries\\\\n\\\\nManages and maintains the Fund for the Arts eCampaign giving system\\\\n\\\\nStewards a portfolio of workplace campaign organizations, chairs, and donors\\\\n\\\\nSupports Development Manager in developing a comprehensive annual plan to identify, cultivate, and solicit workplace donors and prospects in accordance with funding priorities, with increasing responsibility for shepherding $1-2 million annually\\\\n\\\\nDevelops consistent communication practices that motivate and engage workplace campaign chairs by collaborating to identify opportunities for employee engagement and connection to the arts\\\\n\\\\nWorks closely with Development Team to ensure appropriate donor stewardship and recognition benefits for assigned portfolio\\\\n\\\\nManages the data-entry related to all workplace campaign activities including tracking of campaign status, donations, and progress to goal\\\\n\\\\nProvides data, donor information, workplace campaign reports, and analysis as requested\\\\n\\\\nPrepares and provides standard and customized reports and queries to track workplace campaign progress and success, donor lists, and other reports as necessary\\\\n\\\\nPlays an active role in the development of fundraising strategy by working closely with Chief Development Officer and Development Manager to create personalized goals and giving opportunities for workplace donors\\\\n\\\\nSupports and provides training for the data-entry work and data-related projects completed by members of the Development Team\\\\n\\\\nMaintains a working knowledge and awareness of arts and culture activities in Louisville, overall development and fundraising trends, as well as trends and issues in relevant industries that affect business climate, culture, and economic environment, which could impact fund development\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
