   Develop and execute communication plans to support the organization’s goals and initiatives for CEI, with five centers across Alameda and Contra Costa County- Create compelling content (multimedia: Video, Photo and Copy) for various platforms including websites, newsletters, social media, press releases, and marketing materials- Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence across multiple channels- Coordinate and promote events, workshops, and community activities- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding- Maintain relationships with media contacts and respond to media inquiries- Manages, creates content and distribution for four quarterly newsletters: Community,(print and digital), Participant Newsletter and Staff Newsletter - Lead creator of multimedia content, including videos and branding images- Supports internal departments with collateral and materials for HR, Sales and Enrollment and Operations- Ensure all communications are inclusive and accessible to diverse audiences, particularly the senior community, caretakers and the medical community.
