After earning a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia, Audsley began her career in advertising and marketing before transitioning into recruiting. With a track record of success, Audsley has held pivotal roles in top recruiting firms, including Principal at Bespoke Partners and Director of Sales at Betts Recruiting.Prior to joining Husk Talent, Audsley served as Director and founding member of Assembly, playing a crucial role in building the company from the ground up, building the Go-to-Market (GTM) practice and spearheading VP and C-suite sales and marketing leadership searches for VC and PE-backed software companies. With her focus on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, she has helped build executive teams across various global enterprise software companies.Now based in Memphis, TN with her husband and two daughters, Audsley spent nearly a decade in Austin, TX, before making the move back to Tennessee where she grew up.
