In addition, I help with matters that frequently arise in the emerging technology space, including software/SaaS licensing agreements, equity incentives, and online terms and privacy policies. My practice also includes mergers and acquisitions for technology and middle market companies. Overall, my work in the technology space is informed by a background in intellectual property. Whether I am drafting a general contract or assisting with a complex merger or acquisition, I make protecting clients’ proprietary rights a primary focus.
