A highly accomplished and results-focused Project Management Professional who has successfully delivered global Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and Applications Development projects and programs. Currently working within a talented higher education IS & T team at WCU to support student success through strategic information technology and partnerships with the entire university community!Each project is a jigsaw puzzle, posing unique challenges and/or opportunities - whether to implement new technology or tools, resolve ineffective process, update product features, enable new sales or distribution channels, replace ineffective branding, mitigate data security risk, etc. As a Project Manager I orchestrate and motivate team members to work together to identify, adapt, and implement solutions to achieve our objectives. I excel at fostering team collaboration and synergy with project stakeholders, keeping all engaged in activities to deliver on time, with expected quality, on or under budget. I am experienced and certified in Agile Scrum/Kanban (CSM) and traditional iterative Waterfall (PMP) methodologies. Like many PMPs, I am dabbling in AI to understand and utilize the technology in a secure and effective way.
