ABOUT AUDREY DUARTE
I’m a senior CX strategy leader with 10 years in tech, focused on building scalable self-service experiences across web, in-product, and social platforms. At EA, I lead a global team of content strategists responsible for some of the largest game portfolios in the world. My work spans content operations, performance strategy, objectives measurement, and cross-channel distribution. What sets my leadership apart is a balance of strategic thinking and systems design with a deep investment in team growth. I anchor myself in three priorities: my team\'s success and wellbeing, clarity, and innovation as a run-the-business mindset. I’ve led my team through major platform migrations, AI workflow and systems integrations, accessibility implementations, and bold process shifts to help us scale without losing quality or care. I’ve built content governance models, performance frameworks, and distribution strategies in close partnership with Studio, Marketing, Legal, and Connections teams across the business. Before moving into tech in 2017, I taught and worked in research and communications across New York, Paris, São Paulo, and Abu Dhabi. That global experience still shapes how I lead today: with curiosity and respect for the work and the people behind it.
