I team up with K12 leaders to help them find ways to streamline their day-to-day operations, all while creating the most optimal learning environment for teachers and students. As a Facilities Specialist, I work directly with district stakeholders to help them clarify and focus on their organizational outcomes while giving them insights their work order and asset management, preventive maintenance, and capital outlay. My experience comes with 5 years working as a public school teacher in the state of North Carolina, along with 8 additional years supporting school leaders with selecting digital curriculum resources, CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) solutions, and IT asset management. I am passionate about helping educational leaders find ways to improve their schools/districts through innovative practices and resources, which ultimately lead to student success.This diverse background has helped me learn how to bring people together in an organization to solve all the needs, challenges, and opportunities of all the various stakeholders.
