She oversees a portfolio of diversified clients and has accountability for the client experience (account management), delivery execution (product/program/project management) and strategy for the teams and clients. Her teams execute at scale (500+ consultants) across multiple globally distributed regional partners (4+) and generate and drive value for Thoughtworks and its Clients in excess of $100M+ annually. Audrey shapes the market culture and participates significantly in the entrepreneurial process of growing the market and running a healthy commercial business including supporting operations and recruiting, team building and talent cultivation.
