I’m a bilingual policy advisor and strategic thinker. In my current role at I represent Canada on adaptation-related items under the and Paris Agreement, and support Canada’s broader engagement in multilateral climate change negotiations. I also provide policy advice to advance Canada’s domestic and international objectives. This experience, combined with my background in the fields of environment policy, sustainable development, economics, finance, and public policy (both in Canada and internationally) allows me to offer nuanced recommendations that take into account long-term strategic considerations, and which recognize the interconnectedness of various factors.
