About Audrey Bediako
My name is Audrey Bediako, and I am a third-year Computer Science and Cognitive Science student at the University of Virginia (Class of 2027) focused on building human-centered technology that bridges complex systems and real user needs. I’m particularly interested in Human-Computer Interaction, product thinking, and experience design, where research, empathy, and technical execution come together to shape intuitive, inclusive, and innovative products.I enjoy translating user insights into actionable product and design decisions through user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and frontend development. During my internship with NAVSEA, I designed and built an internal application to streamline office attendance tracking, simplifying a manual workflow and improving visibility for both employees and supervisors.On campus, I serve as Vice President of Asambé Dance Team, Secretary of our NSBE Chapter, and Operations Chair of ColorStack. Through these roles, I have developed strong skills in project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and digital communication while working with diverse teams to execute ideas from concept to delivery.I am excited to contribute to teams that value thoughtful problem framing, human-centered design, and building technology that meaningfully serves people.
