I love helping people who believe in what they’re marketing.When I was little, I would opt to spend my weekends helping my mom with her real estate career instead of relaxing at home. From house searches to flyer designs to neighborhood canvassing to open houses, her job never had a boring moment. This experience is what drove me to pursue a career in business. Compiled with high school Graphic and Interior Design courses, I was headed straight for marketing.Since starting my position as a Student Marketing Assistant for the College of Business at the University of Nevada, Reno, there are many, many things I’ve learned. One of those things is the power of collaboration. I believe in effective listening and communication. I believe in team camaraderie. I believe in motivation through celebrating another’s successes. Above all, I believe authenticity is key to great collaboration.

   As a Marketing Business Partner at IMEG, I create strategic, visually compelling RFQ and RFP responses to help our engineers win work in the AEC industry. I collaborate closely with technical staff and engineers to interpret RFQs and translate complex information into clear, persuasive content aligned with client and owner needs. I regularly work with tight deadlines and use Adobe InDesign to develop qualification packets that include firm profiles, tailored cover letters, resumes, case studies, project experience lists, and supporting graphics to each pursuit.
