Audrey Adade, MSW, is a public health professional, mental health advocate, and communication strategist dedicated to transforming how we experience and access mental wellness.In 2026, she serves as the Founder and CEO of Inciting Hope, LLC, a mental wellness company committed to making evidence-based tools accessible, affordable, and practical. Under her leadership, the Inciting Hope App launched in January 2025, offering guided meditations, structured journaling, educational resources, and community-centered support — all designed to put “mental wellness in your pocket.”Alongside her entrepreneurial work, Audrey has served as a Public Health Analyst at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services since November 2020. Her federal service centers on healthcare workforce data, policy implementation, and strengthening systems that support national health priorities. With over 12 years of experience across health and human services, she has also contributed to initiatives connected to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and brings a foundation in journalism to her policy and communications work.Beyond public health and tech, Audrey is the founder of the brand @aceitwithaudrey, where she provides writing coaching and public speaking training for CEOs, founders, and entrepreneurs seeking to sharpen their message and amplify their voice.Her advocacy work is deeply personal. Audrey is the author of Dear: Anxiety and Depression Relief in Verse (2021), a poetry collection offering language and relief for those navigating mental illness, and Dear II: For Amaadi (2024), a work exploring healing through faith, therapy, and storytelling. As a TEDx speaker, she delivered “Sharing mental health pain — a blueprint to healing,” encouraging audiences to see vulnerability not as weakness, but as a catalyst for growth.An Ivy League–trained social worker, Audrey earned her Master of Science in Social Work with a concentration in Public Policy from Columbia University and holds a B.A. in English from Fairfield University.Across government, entrepreneurship, authorship, and public speaking, her mission remains clear: to reduce stigma, expand access, and build systems — both personal and institutional — that make healing possible.
