I provide data analytic and project management support to the School of Medicine\'s Associate Dean for Curriculum and Evaluation. I collect, clean, and analyze educational outcome data required for accreditation and quality improvement efforts. Following analysis, I summarize the findings in written reports and slide decks and present these to curriculum leaders. Related responsibilities include survey design, data management, and troubleshooting of reporting tools. Additionally, I am responsible for our annual curriculum mapping process. In this capacity, I collaborate with course directors to prepare more than 30 reports outlining learning objectives, educational content, and assessment methods. Finally, I work with a cross-functional team to coordinate standardized patient exams and ensure exam materials align with standards provided by the National Board of Medical Examiners.
