   Led engineering teams and drove vision for strategic workstreams in the Innovation Group including Connected Home Ecosystem, Model Management Workbench, Care Support, Senior Living, Mobility & Transportation, Idea Discovery, and Metaverse products.Led Program Management Office, Marketing, and Business Operations for Connected Home Ecosystem. Led cross-functionally, with responsibility of creation and execution of product roadmap. Responsible for Go-To-Market campaigns, set up of customer support, and budget for labor and non-labor spend. Mentored program and leadership peers in organizing, prioritizing, and tracking work across technical and business functions to enable delivery of newly scaled architecture for managing Model deployment. Led engineering teams delivering features within the new architecture. Delivery required influencing and motivating cross-functionally to orchestrate tight delivery timelines and dependencies for Auto Modernization rollout. Launched a first non-insurance product at State Farm family of companies serving older adults and their loved ones. Led the program and multiple engineering teams in delivery of AWS serverless architecture, data storage, analytics, and feature development teams delivering capabilities across Amazon Alexa, IOS, and Android platforms. Influenced the strategic direction, planning, and delivery of a product capabilities via a mobile app for the older adult, complete redesign to reduce complexity in the sign-up process, and build of Alexa skill capabilities.Led team through product discovery and product creation, leveraged design thinking principles in creating new insurance product.
