ABOUT AUDREY MASHOKO
I am a valuations and financial modelling specialist in the Corporate Finance division of a financial reporting and consulting firm. I have extensive experience in business, asset, regulatory and derivative valuations. I have been involved in providing deal support in divestitures, Mergers and Acquisitions, Purchase Price Allocation, Impairments and was instrumental in the development of quantitative financial models used in valuations, ECL calculations and financial instruments (IFRS 9) implementations for corporates. My experience ranges across medium to large organisations (listed on the JSE and other regional stock exchanges) in the Industrial and ICT sectors.
