I have been litigating cases for 25 years, representing clients on both sides of disputes – including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and individuals. Representative cases include claims involving environmental insurance coverage, product liability, construction defects, and contract disputes. More recently, I have shifted the focus of my practice to business disputes, filing claims on behalf of and defending small to medium sized businesses, as well as individuals. Earlier in my career, I was in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance company.
