My personal mission in life is to incorporate creativity and being actively critical into my community, my career, as well as my personal life. My experience at an all women\'s institution has encouraged my growth into an individual who values accountability, creativity, ingenuity, organization and effective communication. As a four year athlete I have learned how to apply many of my values in unconventional outlets that have prepared me to fulfill my current and future goals.

   Provided high-level data on Turnover, Workday processes, Training, etc. Supports SHRBP and HRBPs through various HRIS processes and investigations. Provides consistent and quick support to field leaders. Assists in investigations into employee relations and has led independent investigations. Worked cross functionally with field leaders to produce positive staffing results and leadership trainings. Partnered with recruiters and general managers to source candidates and push them through the offer process. Assisted the Human Resources Solutions group in troubleshooting new Human Resources initiatives like benefit portals, streamlining the LOA process, and public pronouns. Streamlined and unified the teams reporting process to be consistent among regions.
