Overseeing the NbSI\'s multiple programmes and assisting the Director in the coordination and management of the different projects and programmes, including the AGILE project on Scaling Up Nature-based Solutions in the UK and the Global NbS Case Study Map. AGILE Initiative: Leading Work Package 5 on case studies for the Sprint project on Scaling up Nature-based Solutions in the UK, as well as supporting overall sprint coordination and work package integration. Global NbS Case Study Map: Overseeing & supervising the phase II development of the project. Other responsibilities include overseeing the functioning of the organization\'s internal team; representing the NbSI at various meetings & events, including COP27 and COP15; working on a COP28 primer; co-leading an update of the Oxford Offsetting Principles; liaising with close partners such as the IUCN; writing scientific articles; assisting the Director with administrative duties; and coordinating bi-weekly \'journal club\' talks for the internal team, amongst other responsibilities.

ABOUT AUDREY CONSTANCE WAGNER
I am an expert on nature-based solutions, focusing on the multiple holistic benefits of NbS, and international policy and governance. Currently employed as a Programme Coordinator and Researcher for Oxford University\'s Nature-based Solutions Initiative (NbSI), working on research and policy. Also Coordinator of the Academia and Research Organisations group engaging under the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD). I have been researching, working, and studying in the field of environment and sustainability for a decade. My knowledge base is interdisciplinary and includes a background in environmental biology, plant ecology, sustainable agriculture, sustainability certification, net zero science and policy, environmental management, nature-based solutions, and global environmental governance. I graduated from an MSc. in Environmental Change and Management at the University of Oxford (2021), finishing with awarded Distinction. My Masters dissertation research focuses on indigenous sovereignty and payments for ecosystem services for reducing deforestation in the Peruvian I obtained my BSc. from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, with an Honours in Environment (BSc.), a specialization in Food Production and Environment and a minor in International Agriculture, while my undergraduate thesis research looked at how tree diversity in Panama affects carbon stocks and fluxes. I am the founder and co-founder of four organizations: the Mac Regenerative Food Hub, the Macdonald Permaculture Showcase Garden, the McGill Permaculture Club, and Sprouting Minds: For the Food Revolution. I am fluent in English, French and Spanish, as well as understanding basic Portuguese, and have lived, worked, volunteered and travelled in 30 countries.
