I oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of online and blended courses for various departments and subsidiaries. I also leverage my skills in video production, editing, and social media marketing to create engaging digital media that showcases our company culture and values. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing at Indiana Institute of Technology, building on my bachelor\'s degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
