ABOUT AUDREY BAZERGHI
I am an Assistant Professor in Operations Management at the École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) in the Department of Analytics, Operations and Information Technology. Prior to this, I taught an MBA elective at the Kellogg School of Management as a Lecturer of Operations Management. I obtained my PhD at Northwestern University and am a graduate of MIT\'s Leaders for Global Operations dual-degree SM/MBA program.
