Highly experienced sales, operational and general management professional, with extensive, specialist knowledge of equipment supply and support services to the film and television production industries.With 35+ years experience, I have worked, at a senior level, with some of the industry’s most prominent equipment rental companies, in the United Kingdom, Europe and Africa. Supporting all manner of production types, from major international ‘blockbuster’ movies to low budget independents, I have worked with the crews behind some of the most important and influential productions of the past few decadesI am a natural sales person, highly organised, self-motivated and confident, with excellent leadership skills. My current role is that of Rental Office Manager at MBS Equipment Co UK, a world leading provider of lighting and associated services to the global media production community.As a key part of a busy customer facing accounts team I am involved with all aspects of the sales process, including quoting and budgeting, as well as managing the effective interaction between the finance and operations departments.A strong communicator, with an ability to interact at all levels, throughout my career I am proud to have been afforded the opportunity to motivate, encourage and to extract the best from colleagues, sharing my knowledge, through training and mentoring at numerous international locations.With a passion for personal and professional development I remain committed to encouraging, promoting and helping deliver equality and diversity, both in the workplace and beyond.
