I wanted to be a part of the project from start to finish - develop a plan, help my team and clients navigate obstacles, and be a voice leading the team to the finish line. I made the official move to project management 7 years ago and haven\'t looked back! I\'m obsessed with project plans (whether it\'s on WorkFront, Microsoft Project Plan, or some other tool)- I love it all. Let me build you a schedule and I will ensure the team stays on track throughout the project! I also love working with people - there is nothing I love more than connecting with my teammates and clients on a personal and professional level. And lastly… provide me with a budget - I\'ll track it to the last penny (I love excel spreadsheets and all tracking programs!) and I\'ll ensure we come in under-budget. When I\'m not working on a project plan or communicating next steps - you\'ll find me building couch forts with my 2 young sons, eating oysters on date night with my husband, or diving head-first into yet another psychological-thriller on my nook.
