ABOUT AUDRAN SCHNEIDER
I’m originally from Fairfield, Connecticut, where growing up in a competitive, close-knit community played a major role in shaping my work ethic and mindset. From a young age, I played hockey and lacrosse, sports that required discipline, resilience, and accountability. Competing year-round taught me how to perform under pressure, work toward team goals, and push through adversity. These skills continue to influence how I approach both academics and professional experiences.I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at the University of Tampa’s Sykes College of Business, with an expected graduation in Spring 2027. I am particularly interested in finance and accounting roles that blend analytical thinking with relationship building. My work experience reflects this balance and has helped me develop strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Much of my professional background is rooted in customer-focused roles within high-expectation environments. I worked on the outdoor staff at Race Brook Country Club, where I was responsible for course operations and member service. This role demanded attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism. I later worked as a golf caddy at the Country Club of Fairfield and Old Memorial Golf Club, where I advised members on course management and learned the importance of communication, trust, and consistency. These experiences strengthened my ability to build relationships quickly and deliver under pressure.I have also gained sales and business experience through roles at Blue Moss and Suncor Solar. At Blue Moss, I managed client relationships, processed orders, and coordinated project timelines, which gave me exposure to sales operations. At Suncor Solar, I worked in outdoor sales as a lead setter, making initial client contact and managing relationships throughout the installation process, further developing my confidence and communication skills.Additionally, I completed a shadow experience at Bank of America, where I observed high-net-worth client meetings, conducted market research, and supported portfolio and risk-assessment discussions. This experience solidified my interest in financial analysis and wealth management.Outside of work, I served as Brotherhood Development Director on my fraternity’s executive board, focusing on leadership development and accountability. Overall, my background in athletics, customer service, sales, and finance has shaped me into a disciplined, competitive, and team-oriented individual who is motivated to grow and contribute in professional environments.
