I’m a tech education leader and career change advocate with 10+ years of experience helping adults bridge the gap between education, experience, and employment. I specialize in guiding learners through transformative career transitions—helping them build the confidence, skills, and professional presence needed to thrive in new fields.My career journey has been anything but linear—spanning service as a Peace Corps volunteer in Kyrgyzstan, teaching English to adults in Tajikistan, running a volunteer program in Iowa, and even working as a web QA analyst in Chicago. Along the way, I discovered my passion for connecting people to purpose-driven work and meaningful careers.Today, as Program Director at Tech Elevator, I lead cross-functional teams to deliver immersive bootcamps that empower students to change their lives through technology. I’m energized by helping bright minds unlock their potential and watching their confidence—and careers—take off.I’m passionate about workforce development, learner success, and building programs that make tech careers accessible to all.
