   I am an Adjunct Professor at John Brown University, teaching graduate students Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness. This role extends my executive coaching and leadership advisory work into the academic space, allowing me to equip emerging leaders with the same practical frameworks, executive mindset, and strategic thinking I use with executive clients. I bridge theory with real-world application, helping students build the confidence and clarity to lead with purpose in today’s fast-changing workplace.
