I have worked in the world of Health Information Management staffing and education for over 10 years, first as a recruiter, then in various management positions for our consultants. I was promoted to Lead Redeployment Manager after growing the team and position/job description from origin, at the time Kforce Health was transitioned into himagine solutions in 2013. I was one of the first full time office employees to work fully remote beginning in 2015. My team is responsible today for all employees transitioning from one assignment to the next: matching and managing their placements, and screening all benched and new candidates against open job opportunities. himagine solutions was purchased by Omega Healthcare in 2021.Omega Healthcare has the largest medical coding staff in the world, deep healthcare expertise, and unmatched proprietary technology, automation capabilities, and analytics solutions.
