I started in the STR/Property Management industry as a housekeeper in 2016, and slowly made strides from there to Housekeeping Manager, Maintenance Manager, Guest Services Manager, and Lead Property Manager of a company with over 300 STRs in the Charleston area. The slew of knowledge that comes when starting from the bottom is so rewarding, and has made me fall in love with this industry. I always strive to learn more, and increase my knowledge no matter the role I’m currently in. Leadership is not about your job title it’s knowing your capabilities and living like the moment is already here… the sky is the limit!(But I tend to not even let that hold me back)
