ABOUT AUDRA HARTLEY

Throughout my career with top pharmaceutical and retail companies including Global Fortune 500 leader GSK and Belk’s (Parisian), I am proud to have jumpstarted sales growth and formed world-class sales organizations.In my recent roles as a National Sales Director and Field Business Manager, I have recently led several strategic national programs, partnering with cross-functional leaders to integrate the operations of multi-billion dollar business units and establish critical sales processes, procedures, and standards. I have served as a critical advisor to the executive leadership team, developing best practices in challenging areas including incentive compensation. I am especially proud that our team successfully restructured the retail business unit for GSK vaccines with 0% turnover of top talent, steering our organization through change while exceeding our program goals.As a District Sales Director, I drove growth throughout GSK in various leadership roles including interim Field Vice President and Acting Chief of Staff for our Respiratory SVP. I consistently transformed underperforming teams and operations, sparking growth for breakthrough products including $1.7B respiratory product (Trelegy) and $345M COPD product (Anoro). I also regularly built trusted relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs), regional healthcare organizations, physicians, and retail pharmacies including CVS and Rite Aid, educating on product benefits and utilization. I launched my sales career in leadership roles for Parisian/Belk’s, leading up to 165 team members across $20M retail operations. My teams exceeded expectations, earning numerous performance awards. In both my pharmaceutical and retail roles, I consistently steered team members to stay positive in challenging business environments and have continued to maintain this growth mindset throughout my career.
