Act as a connective force across People, Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, and external partners to translate leadership priorities into executable plans, timelines, and decision frameworks. Lead enterprise-wide operational initiatives including payroll model transitions (PEO to managed services), benefits redesigns, compliance remediation, and performance management standardization across dozens of clinical sites. Partner closely with Finance and Operations on workforce planning, compensation frameworks, and budget-sensitive decision making in highly regulated healthcare environments. Drive post-acquisition integration workstreams including policy harmonization, role leveling, compensation alignment, manager enablement, and change communications.
