As a Communications Specialist and Social Media Manager, my goal is to create original and positive content which keeps the audience engaged. Not only is it my job to keep a healthy image for the company but it\'s also my job to connect on a meaningful level with fans through insightful and quirky postings. I currently work as a Marketing and Communications Manager where I grow, maintain and strengthen the company\'s presence on social media. I plan and execute the editorial calendar and engage with the audience through various initiatives, contest and live videos. I also write, edit and translate all advertising content for various campaigns: email, contest, Facebook ads, IAB ads, Adwords/Bing ads, newspaper and billboards. In this capacity, I have increased the company\'s Facebook fanbase by more than 40k. I have also pioneered the \"Facebook Live\" for businesses in Québec by launching #tuangoendirect - so far my videos have reached more than 1 million views. My other areas of expertise include (but are not limited to): project coordination, art direction, research, editing, blogging, voice work. I graduated with honours from Concordia University, B.A. Specialization in Journalism. I am a recipient of the Governor of Canada’s Medal for Excellency. I speak 4 languages and love to travel.
