Ensure the adequacy of human resources assigned to the Department and the missions allocated to themManaging a team of 11 account managers- Assess, amotivate employees, identify training needs and contribute to their evolution- Participate in the recruitment of new staff- Pay special attention to the creation of an overall cohesion and team spirit - organize tasks, delegate and monitor, distribute tasks between business management and its own teams- Provide support to employees through its expertise, particularly in the context of legal or contractual arrangements to be submitted to brokers or DCM- Set priorities based on the objectives set by the DCM and DG Animate commercial networks- Dedication of the largest brokerage firms, interfacing on key accounts in an optical loyalty- Harmonize different commercial action plans proposed by business managers - Foster good relationships with all departments to exchange information, including the undertakings and / or credit insurance targets - Ensure, in line with the broker, portfolio monitoring in all its dimensions: profitability, satisfaction, development opportunities. And to do this work in coordination with the Marketing departments, Recovery, Commercial and Information (Platinum Committees, daily exchanges.) Ensure the development and portfolio Loyalty- Ensure business development, meeting prospects and applicants - negotiate with Brokers- Ensure Proper implementation of tariff policy on writing new business and when renewing portfolio fonts. Ensure a representative role for EH France in chambers of commerce, professional groups, major customers, to build partnerships, participating in roundtables and fairs, deploying marketing actions.
