As a Medicaid generalist, I successfully led cross-functional teams through Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) modernization projects, from requirements elicitation through implementation and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) certification. My expertise enables me identify interdependencies and risks across projects, balance the influence of constraints, manage requirements, develop strategies for process and productivity improvement, and develop customized training materials to educate and train internal staff and clients to meet stakeholder needs.
