During a typical day in my life, you can find me: Acting as backup to the Program Manager/Recruitment Specialists: Supporting our forest service program, I act as a reliable backup to the program manager, ensuring seamless operations for our Recruiting Specialists. Maximizing Efficiency: I’m all about streamlining processes. Whether it’s monitoring applicant tracking systems or optimizing workflows, I’m on it. Supporting My Team: As part of our dynamic team, I provide essential administrative support, fostering smooth communication across the board. Conducting Various Reports/Documentation: From performance reports to financial reports, and all that in between, I assist in reviewing, editing, and finalizing crucial documents and processes. Managing Communication: Juggling multiple inboxes is my forte. I handle program-related communications with precision and timeliness. Building Relationships: I pride myself on exceptional communication and organizational skills. Building and maintaining strong relationships is what I love.
