Lead Facilitator @North American Interfraternity Conference

Serve as one of two lead facilitators for IMPACT, a campus-based leadership institute designed to foster improved relationship among fraternity and sorority leaders through an intensive, interactive 2.5-day program. The curriculum includes experiential activities, interactive presentations, and both large- and small-group sessions that flow together into a unified, community building experience. The leads provide on sight training and oversee a team of 10-20 small group facilitators throughout the experience.
