I’m Aubrey White, and I’m excited to be part of the Modern Classrooms Project team as Chief Growth Officer. At the Modern Classrooms Project, we empower educators to create classrooms that orient to mastery and respond to every student’s unique needs. Modern Classrooms teachers pair high-quality grade-level content with high-quality differentiated support. Their joyful, collaborative classrooms foster meaningful human interactions, 21st-century skills, and demonstrated academic growth.My role at Modern Classrooms is to accelerate the movement\'s growth by ensuring that the organization has the operational capacity to deliver an exceptional experience for our partners and by fostering partnerships with districts and schools nationwide.My 20+ years of professional experience have enabled me to develop strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex challenges. I develop strong teams, drive significant revenue and programmatic growth, define a high-performing organizational culture, and spearhead program innovation. I approach my work with joy, perseverance, and a learning orientation. I remain rooted in organizational mission and vision while bringing focus and momentum to projects and daily work in a constant quest for excellence, improvement, and care.
