   Serve as a senior-level leader representing the marketing department with a targeted focus on three critical paths: building brand awareness and market share for the company, creating and advising agents specific to listings and clients, and generating materials and campaigns to reach current and prospective clients. Successful leading EOS-based process to establish clear goals, tactics and KPIs across the organization. Creation of a digital marketplace reflecting marketing services, which support the process of ordering marketing pieces, provide best practices of most effective pieces, along with order form and pricing information. Deliver vision by recognizing a need and collaborating with creative team in wireframing, design and concept; wrote all copy, and presented to the President for approval, and company-wide launch. Project generated a brand new income stream for the brokerage, which supported costs of many software systems and staffing costs within the organization. Collaborate with Founder and President, utilizing insights from consumer surveys to develop a natural extension of 8z’s former brand. Lead brand refresh to re-energize agent population, and update the brand look and feel to external audiences ensuring brand aligned with top competitors. Facilitate market research on consumer, client, and outside agent perceptions of 8z, combined with internal research. Work closely with design team to update logo, fonts, and all collateral to reinvigorate print pieces, digital assets like agent email signatures, and the company website. Wrote new tagline \"A new way home.\" and drove in-person event to launch the new identity. Successful project reflects current and timeless visual identity and provides a platform for further evolution.
