About Aubrey Bauman Kreider

I am a mission-driven individual that thrives working on causes and for organizations that I am passionate about their mission. I get jazzed thinking about how people and overall aspects of a project are connected with longer term and big picture implications - whether that is breaking down silos in working groups, hearing and seeing multiple teammates or clients\' perspectives, building a marketing plan for retail energy distributors with a smarter energy choices campaign focus, or helping a school create a great experience for parents and students.I deeply value relationships and building long term connections with the friends and clients I keep. I take responsibility for helping others think through their decisions carefully and discover the best outcomes. Although I am deliberate I also like to take risks and meet new challenges, especially if it is a situation where no rule book exists. I like to keep busy whether it is juggling many projects and duties at work, or volunteering, hiking and traveling to a new destination on my off hours. I like to work hard and play equally hard, and welcome the opportunities and relationships for growth that may cross my path.
