I\'m a Customer Success Manager with a key focus on inspiring digital literacy in the higher education industry. With more than 16 years of experience managing technology implementation, adoption, and overall customer success, I’m passionate about building customer relationships helping customers realize value in their Adobe products. As a customer advocate, and a liaison across teams, I strive to exceed expectations through strong attention to detail, adept written and verbal communication, and a passion for collaboration and efficiency. I enjoy people, and quickly establish rapport. Whether working directly with stakeholders or internal teams, I have a knack for incorporating ease and comfort with open and direct conversation. I\'m also PMP certified and take pride in excellent organization and follow-through. When I\'m not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my family - I\'m a new mom and cherish time spent cuddling my baby girl while watching her learn and grow. I also enjoy taking a variety of Peloton fitness classes, walking, hiking, reading great fiction novels, reading and writing poetry, and trying new recipes.
