About Aubre Dean
I am an associate in Curtis’ Litigation and Arbitration group, licensed to practice in New York, Texas, and before the Third Circuit, Eastern District of New York, and Southern District of New York. I focus my practice on representing sovereign states and private-sector clients in complex litigation. I additionally work on the litigation side of the Curtis Intellectual Property team. I have experience litigating in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Prior to joining Curtis, I concentrated my practice on commercial and civil rights litigation. I maintain an active pro bono practice which includes being a part of Curtis teams that prepare amicus briefs for cases before the United States Supreme Court. I also serve as Co-Chair to the firm\'s LGBTQ+Allies Initiative.
