ABOUT AUBREA FELCH

My love of learning, facilitation, and leadership development stems from the belief that people are the most important part of a company. I’ve witnessed the way a strong learning community can pave the way toward a collaborative, inclusive, engaging (and fun!) work environment - and how it all begins with intentional leaders. I am never more energized than when I am empowering learners and leaders by facilitating their growth and contributing to an impactful work culture. A strategist at heart, I love the challenge of looking at a big-picture goal and breaking it down into achievable methods. As a relationship builder, I love discovering the strengths in others and coaching them to leverage those strengths. These values emerge in my work through the development of strategic and customized learning pathways that move individuals and the organization forward on shared goals. For the past 8 years, I’ve been building and facilitating high-impact learning programs across organizations. I have developed leadership skills in leaders through one-on-one coaching, situational management, training, team building, and fostering a strong culture of connection. I’ve analyzed data to develop projects and programs addressing the needs of the diverse employees in our organization. In all that I do, I approach my work with the lens of inclusivity, growth, and culture, leading to greater employee engagement and retention. My portfolio of work experience has taught me to consider the perspectives of all stakeholders, to stay grounded in the mission of the work, and, of course, to always look out for ways to make it fun!
