About Atyia Martin
My personal mission is to unlock the invisible power every person and organization has to fight oppression, catalyze justice, and strengthen resilience. As the CEO of All Aces, Inc, I have the honor of being able help nonprofits, purpose-driven businesses, and government agencies build operational and workforce resilience using our Integrated Resilience Framework to turn assessments of strategy, operations, and stakeholder experience into justice-centered recommendations and custom apps.As the Executive Director of the nonprofit Next Leadership Development, I get to support youth, elders, community leaders, and organizations in strengthening their capabilities to protect health, wealth, and cultural resilience in Black communities before and after crises and disasters.
