See details below.Shari founded Incubation Station, now SKU, a leading CPG consumer product goods accelerator, to establish an investible category in \"better for us goods/foods\". Shari brought together and fostered what is now Austin’s active CPG industry. She remains a Board Member and Mentor and is a Founders Circle Member for Naturally Austin (NaturallyAustin.org). After merging RWR Legal in 2021, Shari founded KASAMA Retreat Hotels to bring leaders together for connection, inspiration and actionable purpose.Shari then ideated and founded KASAMA® to innovate the innovation economy itself: effectively designing, building, and funding for positive futures. KASAMA® brings together innovation studios, aligned capital, retreat hospitality, transformative experiences, and community technologies under one conviction: we can be better, do better and lead better, together. In February 2020, RWR Legal partnered with the national law firm of Michael Best & Friedrich to join their emerging entrepreneurial law business practice. Her husband and partner Richard Ressler, now serves as Partner in the Austin office of Michael Best, developing his law practice with the Michael Best Family of Companies (VentureBest.com, MichaelBest.com, MichaelBestStrategies.com), and specifically growing their Austin Office.
