I am a CPA and CGMA with over 25 years of experience providing accounting, attest, and advisory services. My current focus includes quality of earnings and transaction advisory services, as well as accounting, auditing, and attestation services for manufacturing and distribution companies and construction industry clients. I support organizations facing industry‑specific financial reporting challenges, project‑driven accounting complexities, and transaction‑related needs. I have remained active in the profession throughout my career, including 11 years of service on the Board of Directors of the Tidewater Chapter of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. I value the relationships I build with clients and colleagues and enjoy collaborating to strengthen financial processes and reporting clarity. My broader experience includes attestation and advisory work for manufacturers and distributors, construction companies, employee benefit plans, dealerships, and nonprofit organizations. I also provide consulting on internal controls, offer interim controller support, and train newly appointed controllers as they transition into leadership roles. I am passionate about financial reporting and enjoy researching and interpreting complex accounting standards to help organizations improve transparency, accuracy, and insight in their financial information.
