During my tenure at HDFC Bank, I gained a rich and diverse experience of 3 years as a Technical Analyst, specializing in Application Life Cycle Management for Flexcube application. My responsibilities included managing UAT and production servers, facilitating cross-team communication for Flexcube enhancements with vendors and business analysts, and overseeing change management processes.In my role, I diligently managed the entire life cycle of the Flexcube application, ensuring seamless operations and high availability of the system. This included coordinating with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and validate changes in the UAT and production environments. I also proactively collaborated with vendors and business analysts to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and implement enhancements to the Flexcube application.Furthermore, I took charge of change management, meticulously analyzing the impact of changes, identifying potential risks, and implementing robust change control procedures to minimize any adverse effects on the system. I actively communicated and coordinated with various teams, including developers, testers, vendors, and business analysts, to ensure smooth implementation of changes and timely resolution of any issues.My experience at HDFC Bank has honed my skills in application life cycle management, UAT and production server management, cross-team communication, vendor coordination, and change management.
