Key Responsibilities:• Planning and implementing block-level strategies to improve immunization coverage• Identifying and tracking zero-dose and under-immunized children• Coordinating with government health departments, frontline workers (ANMs, ASHAs, AWWs), and community stakeholders• Supporting microplanning and outreach immunization sessions• Conducting community mobilization and awareness activities (IEC/BCC)• Monitoring field activities, data collection, analysis, and reporting• Strengthening community engagement to reduce vaccine hesitancy Objective:To enhance equitable access to life-saving vaccines, improve routine immunization coverage, and contribute to reducing child morbidity and mortality at the block level.
