The Conversation Platform team powers chat and intelligence capabilities at doordash. At its core, the team builds an intuitive chat platform with support for Android, IOS and Web that is highly customizable and reliable across platforms. We have unlocked tooling to allow our operations team to build automated chat based support workflows which allow us to both reduce support cost and wait times for our customers. We are collaborating with our machine learning partners to build best in class conversational intent routing for our automations. We are investing deeply in generative AI technologies to power intelligent support and in app experiences for our customers, including support agents.
