Currently CEO of IntegerBio focusing on developing broad immunological therapeutics for virology indications and beyond. Most recently, held several C-level roles at Emergent BioSolutions culminating with Chief Strategy and Development Officer with P&L responsibility for driving both organic R&D and M&A growth solutions. Led strategy and execution of 6 acquisitions valued at $1.5B and divestiture of a fully integrated business. Previously held various other biopharma leadership and board roles, most notably as the head of Corporate Development and Ventures for MedImmune with responsibility for deal identification and execution of biologics partnering and licensing transactions for the AstraZeneca Group across 6 therapeutic areas and the chair of MedImmune Ventures, the $400M corporate venture fund for MedImmune/AstraZeneca. Holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a JD, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law, a BS in Biological Sciences with departmental honors from Stanford University, and completed 2+ years towards an MD at the University of Illinois College of Medicine.
